We are seeking a relationship-focused professional to manage and grow customer accounts throughout Southern Maine and Northern New Hampshire. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel throughout the territory and is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, solving problems, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Conduct customer visits and satisfaction audits
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues
• Re-engage former customers and identify opportunities to regain business
• Generate new business leads and referrals
• Prospect and conduct outreach using company-provided resources
• Spend 75-90% of your time in the field

Required Qualifications

• Maine resident
• 3-5 years of restaurant, food service, hospitality, food distribution, or related industry experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable with customer outreach and business development
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Valid driver's license
